Copenhagen’s first dumpling bar. A bridge between Hong Kong and Copenhagen; a platform for creativity and cultural exchange. Using authentic flavors and techniques, we hand-make dumplings from start to finish and present them in a simple menu with sides, sauces and drinks. The vibrant Chinese color palette meets Scandinavian design simplicity at our first restaurant in Blågårdsgade.
